Enlighten-up-mints

One of the greatest joys we have in life is our ability laugh.  To enjoy a good joke is unique to being human!  To be light of heart and mind, and to enjoy life just as it comes, is truly the sign of a master.

Shift happens...

During the ups and downs of life it can be easy to fall in a habit of too much spiritual seeking.  Day in and day out we look to someone or something out there to answer our questions.  Or day-to-day life feels difficult and it gets us down - we think we are doing something wrong.  We can feel defeated by the difficult energies we are bombarded with, and then forget our natural light-heartedness, and we may become very serious thinkers ("Thinkers are stinkers", says Kuthume); and this makes things more complex and difficult than they need be.  Such a creator you are!

Did you know that a good laugh at ourselves or the world can do more to move us along and bring us to peace, than putting in hours of study, reading books, processing, praying, or 'problem solving'?

One good laugh can heal years, and even lifetimes, of stuck energy, stinky karma, and old blocks.

Keep yourself enlightened by remembering to be silly, at least with yourself!  When times are tough, pop a 'spiritual mint' in your mouth to refresh and lift you into seeing your world from a different angle (angel).  Hence the title of this page is "Enlighten-up-mints".  I've energetically sprinkled throughout this page, like chocolate sprinkles on the donut of life, some silly 'mints'.

One cannot have too many 'mints', so find yours and enjoy them by the handful!

On Being A Wise-Ass (as in "Asc"-ension)

When I first felt the awakening of my consciousness, it was confusing and scary at times, and everything went topsy turvey.  When I began to work with the energy of my divinity, things became simpler and more amazing.  When I first chose "Ascension-Wise" as the name for my work, I just thought it sounded like a good solid name, nothing cutsie.   Later, Kuthume and I shared a good laugh, when I noticed the nick-name for the work could be "Wise-Asc", a cropped, back-ended view of the name "Ascension-Wise".

That's great because I do see myself as a wise-asc!  I acknowledge my own inner wisdom, while I choose to defy the gravity of myself!  I'm am here to experience the deep and profound as well as the irreverent and silly.

Humorist Steve Bhaerman, also known as "Swami Beyondananda" and founder of Wake Up Laughing, calls it an "Up-Wising" and that when it comes to the subject of seriousness the only way to counteract gravity  is with 'levity'.  His comedy CDs have titles such as "Don't Squeeze the Shaman", and songs like, "Can I Have This Abundance With You?"  Steve says his humor is for those "who've had so much personal growth that they're totally growthed out"!  Steve is a Wise-Asc.  Visit his "Om" page here:  http://www.wakeuplaughing.com/index.html

I love to share my quirky version of things.  My friends have begun to call them Asterisms.  Actually it's just my preference for cracking the shell of the illusion we are in.  It's perfectly ok to be in an illusion!  Even better to be in it consciously!  Take the term B.S., as it is normally used to stand for the cow's husband's leave behinds.  "Everything is just a bunch of B.S." can be pretty negative and burdensome.  But to me, it stands for Belief Systems.  Now you can say "Everything is just a bunch of B.S." and it has a whole new energy - brimming with potential!  So I am starting a consciousness evolution for fun.  Next time you hear the term "B.S." used, or are tempted to use it yourself, see how both meanings can apply and notice the energy difference between the two!  This is one way to en-lighten up yourself.

Oven Nice Day

(You will, when you learn to place your troubles in your Oven of Grace!  If you don't know what the Oven of Grace is, you need to speak to me!)

The universe conspires to fulfill your desires.

Kuthume Lal Singh is a wonderful entity who calls himself an "Ass-Ended Master".  No spiritual seriousness there.  He's a wise-asc too.  He often mentions titles he wants for books to be written by anyone who cares to open up to Kuthume's wisdom (see link below).

One afternoon he was being particularly hilarious.  Within the first 10 minutes of this channel we could barely talk we were laughing so hard!   Don't take my word for it, here it is:

Special Channel New Energy Conference - Kuthume July 15, 2006.ram

..........Hell.  Been there, done that.........

One afternoon Kuthume showed me what he called "trouser-necked pants" that he designed for humans so stiff and rigid they might as well just pull their pants up to their necks.   He's like that.  Silly.  When you have relationships with the angelic realms and "ass-ended" masters, you will find them partial to having fun.  Don't be too ponderous or they might share a laugh at your seriousness.  Better to join in on the laugher!

Kuthume said he helped create the character of C3PO of Star Wars, saying he channeled his energy into the creation of this character.  Now I can't watch C3PO without laughing about Kuthume's caricature of a worrier....so over the top!  He's such a ham!  Basically C3PO is always waving his arms and crying, "Oh my!  Oh my!" afraid and distressed and concerned for his own safety.  I particularly love this line of his: "We were made to suffer!  It's our lot in life!" - oh poor C3PO!   Kuthume says that this is what some humans go around sounding like.  I have to feel this is true.

As promised, Kuthume created a new workshop, called the "What Am I, Cow Dung Anyway?" Workshop.   He wanted it to be Cleveland in the winter.  Speaking of Cow Dung, don't walk around in life like you are perpetually smelling it!  Instead follow your nose to the sweetness of life.  Kuthume says, everyday is a party day!  (UPDATE:  As masters of energy tend to do, Kuthume took a funny premise and created within it a sophisticated "master's piece" of information for our time.)

"What's Missing?" is available through the Shaumbra Shoppe here.

Let Kuthume come and play with you, inspire you and remind you:

YOU are the Guru:  G, U R U!

Capture or create some other 'mints' that come into your awareness, perhaps in the form of simple writing or succinct rhyming prose - let them remind you how simple mastery of life can be.

Bless your creations

Let them go

No agenda

No control

Or mints come in the form of beautiful quotes that recall you and inspire you:

What we are looking for is what is looking.

- St. Francis of Assisi

Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.

- Carl Gustav Jung

And the end of all our exploring will be to arrive where we started and know the place for the first time.

- T. S. Eliot

And though there's some dated material, if you've never seen a Loretta LaRoche show, you are missing out on some hilarity!  When you're bummed and blue see if you can find a video of her's at the library.  Loretta has been called the "jolly-lama" and you may have seen her specials on PBS.  She teaches how we can manage stress with laughter.  Her books include: "How Serious Is This?", "Life Is Short - Wear Your Party Pants.", "Life Is Not a Stress Rehearsal".  You can view some of her video clips at her home page: http://www.lorettalaroche.com/

Forgiveness is giving up all hope of a better past.

Take on the enlighten attitude to see the humor of life - this is the state of the master.  Remind yourself you can always shift your gear to one of en-Lighten-Up-ment!

Dance like it hurts,

Love like you need the money,

Work when someone is looking....

At Christmas time I was sent a picture of my nephew, his girlfriend, and their two dogs, all posing with "Santa Claus".  I only saw one dog in the picture but saw four names on the back of the picture; my nephew's, his girlfriend, and two male names I didn't know.  I ass-umed one name belonged to the dog that I could see, and the other was...."Santa's" name?  Hmmm.

I called my sister at Christmas and she asked if I got the picture.   I said, "Yes!  It's lovely!  So who's the guy in the photo with them?  Is that a friend of theirs?"

"Who?" she asked.

"The other guy in the photo.  What's his name?", I said looking at the four names on the back of the photo.

"...what guy?"

"The guy that they are standing with.  Is that a friend of theirs?"

She paused, concerned..."Jaynne!....that's Santa!!"

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Of course I know Santa!!  Here he is on his way to Shaumbraville!
And since being silly is so much fun, how about saying “Deepak Chopra sitting sipping six-packs on the sofa” 5 times really fast?
